Exterior
The building's distinctive look on the exterior
comes from the 8 foot x 10 foot windows that dominate all the elevations.
This photo shows the north wall facing the downtown skyline.


Interior
The interior of the units will be painted gypsum board. Most interior walls not requiring sound proofing,
but visual privacy only do not go to the ceiling. The ductwork is exposed,
and the ceilings are to remain unpainted, leaving the texture and
color of the original pine decking exposed.

Interior
Each unit has a small kitchen. This unit has a very efficient galley kitchen.
Most units have a "U"-shaped traditional kitchen layout.

Overall Unit
A very upscale look is achieved in these units, along with a unique

feel of living downtown. This look and view cannot be had in any other building in Jackson. Thes
